A New Holiday Experience

It's that time of year again. I always love the Christmas season. Watching my kids open their gifts is the best part of all ! But now that my 3 children are older, it's hard to keep their gifts a secret.

This year we decided to do most of our shopping online. It seems a much better choice for busy parents. With Kmart taking layaway & sites like eBay making it easier to get what you want at a better price, my Christmas list is pretty much all checked off this year.

Kmart's web site even allows you to calculate your layaway payments before you checkout. There are lots of sweet deals on the site on all the things on my list. Descriptions and item details on the site are somewhat lacking, but if you already know what you want and have the details yourself, this is not an issue.

Walmart has awesome Site To Store deals, but no layaway, so this year it's Sears & Kmart all the way for my family. Buying everything at once would really put a crunch on our budget. Layaway is essential for us to get all the gifts on our list. Since Wal-mart closed it's layaway department it has been harder for us to afford all the gifts on our list.

Hooray for Kmart & Sears for offering layaway ! Maybe, it's been around for awhile, but we didn't know about it until this year. Hubby is so excited to be able to layaway the tools he needs for his business, as well.

It's beginning to feel alot like Christmas.
