I was asked (by a friend on YouTube) to create a tutorial for a simple handbag. That tutorial got me wanting to make some handbags, but I didn't want them to be simple. Here's the first bag (with the exception of the one I made in the tutorial).
I need to go back in and line up the handles right, but this actually took me about 3 and a half hours to complete, it was already late and I was very tired.
It was worth the time. I'm pretty happy with it and can't wait to make more !
I lined the inner and outer fabric with fusible interfacing.
This is one tough little purse. It stands on it's own-no stuffing or propping required for photographing.
